1. Our steering wheels are compatible with any aftermarket products that utilize a 6x70mm bolt pattern (MOMO, SPARCO, etc.).
2. Our hubs and quick releases are dual-drilled and are compatible with any products that utilize either a 6x70mm or a 6x74mm bolt pattern (NARDI).
3. Our racing seats are compatible with most aftermarket seat brackets. To ensure compatibility, we recommend visiting Planted Technology for their seat brackets.
First, please use our Hub Finder Tool to see if we carry a hub kit that's compatible with your vehicle. You can find the tool at the top of the following page: CLICK HERE
If you can't find your vehicle in the tool, we most likely don't carry a compatible hub kit. Luckily, our steering wheels and quick releases will fit all aftermarket hub kits that utilize a 6x70mm bolt pattern.

This happens when there is an issue with your payment method during checkout. Usually it's when multiple payment attempts are made.
Your bank will temporarily place an authorization hold when a payment is attempted. This can look like a second charge on your statement that says "pending" and usually clears within a few business days, depending on your bank's policies.
We recommend keeping an eye on your statement, and if the second charge doesn’t disappear soon, your bank should be able to clarify or release the hold for you.

Our will call hours are Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 6 PM.
Once you've picked up your order, we'll immediately issue a refund for the shipping cost.
International tracking numbers often experience delays in updates, especially once the package leaves the U.S. In some cases, the tracking may not show movement until the package reaches customs or is handed over to the local postal service in your country. Unfortunately, shipping carriers do not always scan every step of the journey once it's outside the U.S. Rest assured, your order is still on its way. We’ve seen similar cases where tracking suddenly updates when the package is out for delivery.

Step 1: reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) directly. Because once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we honestly have no control of where or when the package will arrive.
Step 2: check with your neighbors to see if your package was delivered there by mistake.
Step 3: If the shipping carrier isn't any help, and your neighbors aren't telling you the truth, please give us a call at 562-821-5224 or email us at info@dndperformanceinterior.com regarding the unknown whereabouts of your package.
At this point, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier for losing your stuff, and attempt to ship you a new package.

Also, it's best if you send us photos of the products received, the packing slip as well as the packaging if possible. The more info we have, the speedier the process becomes.
You definitely can, but it depends. In order for your order to be eligible for a return, it must still be in its original condition, and the request for return must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Also, if the reason for return is not due to warranty (reasons other than a manufacturing defect or malfunction), we must charge a 15% restocking fee, which covers the packaging materials, and the labor needed to process, package and restock the items. Once we've received the return and inspected the product(s), we will issue a full refund.

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. But if the product has been subjected to heavy use or conditions beyond its intended purpose, it unfortunately falls outside of our warranty terms.

Seriously, we actually get this question sometimes. DND products that are purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under our warranty policy.
Think of it this way: if you bought a McDouble from some random guy on the street and get food poisoning, are you going to complain to McDonald's about how their food made you sick?
Obviously, we have no control over what a customer does with their DND products before they decide to sell it to someone else.
We love hearing custom ideas! But to bring a custom product to life, it typically requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ), very long lead times, and higher costs due to tooling and production. It's not as simple as making just one, unless you're OK with funding a small production run.
