Return/Warranty Policy

Warranty

DND Performance Interior warrants that the product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of30 daysafter the product is delivered to the customer. Please send the following information toinfo@dndperformanceinterior.com:

1. Your name
2. Order number
3. Detailed description of the problem
4. Photo of the problem

If eligible, we will agree to exchange the defective product with a product of equal value in exchange and we will cover any shipping costs. 

This warranty is limited to the original customer, and is not transferable to any subsequent owners of the product. Excluded from the warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, adverse weather conditions, or adverse chemicals.

Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds/exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

We also charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. For items returned/exchanged 

To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be placed in its original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, please send us an email at info@dndperformanceinterior.com with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Order #
3. Reason for return/exchange

To return your product, please mail your item(s) to the following address:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding its approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take up to 3-5 business days.
