GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship primarily with USPS and UPS.
Our shipping department is closed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on all Federal Holidays, so any orders placed during the weekend or on a Federal Holiday will ship within the next 2 business days.
During sales, please expect longer turnaround times (5-7 days) for order processing due to higher volumes of orders.
In some cases, orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Additionally, in some cases, orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order that order will be cancelled.
DND Performance Interior cannot be held liable for packages that have already been marked "delivered" by the courier. For extra security, we offer shipping options that require signature confirmation ($5.00 extra). In the event of missing packages that are marked as delivered, please check with your neighbors, the local post office, and/or other family members. The addressee is responsible for filing any claims/police reports for lost or stolen packages.
In the event that the shipping address is incorrect and the product(s) are returned back to DND Performance Interior, the buyer will be contacted to correct the invalid address AND will be charged to reship to the corrected address. If the buyer fails to correct the address within 30 days of contact, the order will be canceled and a partial refund will be issued. Shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
For curbside pickup (or in-store pick up) please do the following:
1) Purchase the item online and add "Curbside Pickup" in the cart under the notes section.
2) Once the order number has been sent to your email, please call to confirm a pickup date.
3) Shipping cost will be refunded AFTER the order has been picked up.
NOTE: If an order is not labeled as "Curbside Pickup" OR if it has not been picked up within 48 hours of placing, it will be shipped out and shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
SHIPPING IN THE USA
Delivery time after an order has been place will vary. Typical USPS delivery time takes between 4-8 days for First Class, and 2-5 days for Priority Mail. Delivery outside the continental USA generally takes longer (i.e. to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).
Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
Shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS . When entering an order with an APO or FPO address, please choose "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.
International orders (placed outside of the US) may take 2-4 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, international orders can also be delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase to 8 weeks for delivery.
Due to the high cost of shipping racing seats internationally, we currently only ship racing seats to Canada via UPS Ground. If you are still interested in having seats shipped to your country, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
USPS INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE SUSPENSION
As of October 1st, 2021, USPS has temporarily suspended mail deliveries to Australia, New Zealand, and several other countries due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Until further notice, we will only be able to ship international orders to countries affected via DHL. This will cost significantly more, but it is currently the most cost efficient option. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.
